Energy OSX Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17274077, registered office 37 Rockingham Road, Mexborough, S64 8EE. You can contact us at enquiries@energyosx.com.
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, your company, your email address, your phone number and, if you write one, your message.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing enquiries@energyosx.com.
Enquiries are received and stored on our behalf by Netlify, which hosts this website. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. We do not sell your details.
We keep enquiry details for 12 months, unless you become a customer. If you withdraw your consent sooner, we delete them.
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email enquiries@energyosx.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
