The job today

Manage your opportunities better

Pipeline Intelligence provides real insight for your sales teams across every broker relationship.

Brokers

Closure rate, cost to serve and net value for every broker you quote for.

Forecast

Expected wins by start date, then Billing and Collections by month.

Interventions

Record what you did about a broker. See whether it changed anything.

How it works

Four steps: an export in, a forecast out

One upload each time you export. Every upload is kept.

01 — Upload

Your quotation export, as it is

A csv or xlsx file from the CRM you already use. The headings are mapped to your export, so a different CRM is a different map, not a different product.

02 — Pipeline

One row per meter

Repeated meters and the green twin of a standard quote are dropped. Open quotes older than your refresh window are flagged, and the ones starting soonest are listed first.

03 — Brokers

Closure, cost and net value

Closure rate by quote month and its trend. Cost to serve is quotes issued multiplied by your cost per quote; net value is won margin less cost to serve.

04 — Forecast

Start, bill, collect

Closure rate applied to open quotes gives expected wins by start date, then billing after your billing lag and collection after your collection lag, for the contract term.

The mechanism in one line: upload, predict, intervene, measure. Every rate states what it rests on. A month too recent to judge, or with too few decided quotes, shows a dash and the reason.

Interventions

Did it change anything?

Record an intervention against a broker. Quotes either side of it are compared, before and after.

01

Too early

The comparison window is still open. The change is shown when it closes.

02

Not enough evidence

The window has closed with fewer decided quotes than your minimum on one side.

03

Measured

Before against after: the change in closure rate, and whether it sits within normal variation.

Upload. Predict. Intervene. Measure.

Pipeline Intelligence · Track. Convert. Forecast.

One row per meter

Your pipeline counts supply points. Repeated meters and green twins are removed at upload.

Your thresholds

Cost per quote, refresh window, billing lag and collection lag are your organisation’s settings, and every number is built from them.

Every figure states its basis

The Forecast shows the share resting on an assumed contract term and the share priced at the fallback closure rate.
